- salmon tasting: 6 tiny bites
- 3 bites spinach strata
- 1/2 cup penne with creamy chicken
- handful of red grapes
- 3 spoonful’s Lyle’s Golden Syrup
- 1 cucumber round
- 1 slice whole wheat bread with Jif creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 seared chicken breast + iceberg lettuce + 1/2 tomato + broccoli and walnuts, buttermilk ranch dressing
