1/2 cup penne with creamy chicken
handful of red grapes
3 spoonful’s Lyle’s Golden Syrup
1 cucumber round
1 slice whole wheat bread with Jif creamy peanut butter
1 cup skim milk
1 seared chicken breast + iceberg lettuce + 1/2 tomato + broccoli and walnuts, buttermilk ranch dressing
